EPW - Robinson, London, lever fusee, 50mm, US market 14K gold OF original case with "18" mark and maker's mark "JH" possibly for John Henry (Philadelphia, active 1856-1860), KWKS, ET gold dial with multicolor gold accents, detached lever escapement, "Liverpool windows," 11-16J, DES, gilt mvt with gilt locking dust-cap, s#2612 repeated in case. Gross weight of assembled watch 62.0 dwt (96.4 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: GRO, mint mvt condition overall; dial excellent, frequent scuffs and MFS; hands mint; case approaching medium wear, many MFS, no dents or dings, ET detail now a ghost; bow tight; good but earlier domed bull's-eye glass crystal.
